Garnish Island and Glengarriff are both located in South West Ireland approx. 56 miles (85 kilometres) from Cork city. Access to this area may be by Airport to Cork City or to Farranfore Regional Airport 9 miles (15 kilometres) from Killarney in County Kerry.

There are magnificent scenic drives available for the tourist to explore this wonderful countryside at a most relaxed pace. As well as Garnish Island there are many other visitor attractions in the area with Golf Courses to challenge the seasoned professional, hillwalking and forests that only the South West of Ireland could produce.
